A confidential virtual space for employees in lockdown to discuss issues they may be encountering as a team with a trained professional and a solutions focused approach.
The key goal of the Vegas room is to encourage effective peer support by encouraging all team members to not only look out for their own mental health, but also the mental health of their colleagues, as a cohesive team spirit and collaborative working attitude can help to promote early identification of issues.
The Vegas Room is a safe yet structured space which provides employees and leaders the ability to speak freely and without judgement or consequence, creating a peer support group to talk about not only their difficulties but to share their own tips and strategies to help both themselves and their colleagues during lockdown.
Our trained experts offer guidance, validation, reassurance and solutions focussed strategies to help the group create a space that they can continue to progress in without facilitation in the future.
Individuals are encouraged to speak their mind and be rest assured they are in the company of likeminded peers as we only run Vegas Rooms specifically for leaders or rooms specifically for employees.
